Ms Francone and the previous review by Ms Clifton come from the same tenant group who lived there for 2 years. It is not helpful to argue sides to a story via reviews but suffice it to say that there is another side of this story and I have documentation of maintenance calls, responses and companies hired to remedy problems. Living in the same house for more than 1 lease cycle is telling if there were so many issues that were unaddressed. I do wish Ms Francone well in her future rentals.

As can be understood, there is another side to this story. The home was inspected (documented proof) and was left in worse condition than when Ms Clifton rented it. Ms Clifton is incorrect about the raccoon issue. There are statutes that must be adhered to in the city of Boulder which we had to follow. Raccoon issues are tricky to solve and we hired a professional company to handle the problem. Inspections were made prior to pest remediation being done that Ms Clifton is not referencing. Ms Clifton failed to report leaky plumbing but reported another problem that is common in older homes not related to a leak. Once we were made aware of a leak by new tenants we had it repaired the SAME day. The mold issue was unknown to everyone in the home but when we were notified we had a professional mediation company there the SAME day. No expense was spared in remediating the issue in addition to providing a hotel. I wish Ms Clifton well in her next rental unit and hope communication of issues happens more timely and with more detail.
